This fresh and delicious appetizer is great for any occasion!

Ingredients: avocados (2), onion (40 grams finely chopped), tomato (40 grams chopped), serrano chilli (1), lime (1/2), coriander (a few leaves), salt (to taste)


Tip: have all ingredients ready before cutting the avocados, so the avocados don’t oxidate.



Chop the tomatoes, chilli, onion and coriander.

Cut the avocados, but don’t throw the pit away, as it helps keep the guacamole fresh if you’re not serving it immediately. Mash the avocados in a bowl, adding about a teaspoon of lime.

Add in the rest of the ingredients, and the salt to taste.
