This simple yet satisfying meal is a mexican staple: a toasted tortila with melted cheese inside. You can use any cheese you’d like, though cheddar cheese is normally used. Top it off with your favourite sauce!
Ingredients: tortillas (4), cheese (100 grms), sauce (red, green; to taste)
In a pan, heat a tortilla. Flip every minute or so, until it’s warm and slightly golden, about 3 mins. Add the cheese on half of the tortilla, then bend the tortilla in two. Cook until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes or so.
Top with sauce, guacamole… basically anything you’d like! Provecho!
