How to prepare meatballs
600 g ground meat
½ small onion, coarsely chopped
1 head of coriander, chopped
2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
1 teaspoon of ground pepper
1 tablespoon of chicken broth powder
1 tablespoon oregano
In a pan, fry the onion and coriander. When fried, turn the heat off and add the condiments and the bread crumbs, mix well. Add a little of water so as to create a bland paste.
Add the ground meat, mixing well, but not manipulating the meat too much. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Form the meatballs. You can add hard broiled eggs or shelled jalapeño peppers to the centre of the meatballs if you’d like.
